Executive Admin Assistant Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $25.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director, General Manager or the head of the site who oversees one or more business units or facilities. 
  • Performs clerical and administraive tasks including drafting letter, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. 
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Schedules and attends meeting on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/ or distributes contents to appropriate staff. 
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Support less experienced colleagues. 

Executive Admin Assistant Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/ GED required and 3-5 years experience or equivalent combination of relevant education & or experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred education: Associate's degree
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to buils collaborative relationship.
  • Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Project managment skills. 
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and / or computer for extended periods of time.
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/ health hazard potential. 
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
