Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Production Leads who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production team members.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Ability to speak Spanish or another relevant second language
