Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative (Full Time) Location: Nashville, TN Starting Salary: $21/hour + commissions Parman Energy is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves servicing existing accounts and developing new business by making regular contact with customers, following up on leads, and entering and facilitating orders. Responsibilities Maintain existing accounts by developing and maintaining customer rapport, assessing products and services, and discovering additional selling opportunities. Develop new business by making regular contact with dormant or non-buying Parman accounts, and following up on leads. Manage a list of target accounts, effectively communicating with contacts, cold-calling as needed, and creating proposals. Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Adjust the content of sales presentations based on each customer’s needs. Enter and facilitate orders by effectively communicating any special customer needs. Assist Accounting department in collecting invoices when needed. Maintain accurate customer records and communication via CRM system. Requirements A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, taxes, freight rates, and rack prices.
