Sales Operations Coordinator

At ALS, we encourage you to dream big.When you join us, you’ll be part of a global team harnessing the power of scientific testing and data-driven insights to build a healthier future.The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the USA Beauty & Personal Care commercial team by managing inbound client inquiries, coordinating quotation workflows, maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline data, and supporting post-quote activities such as purchase orders, invoicing, scheduling, and shipment coordination. This role serves as a key link between sales, clients, operations, laboratory teams, clinic operations, and finance to help keep opportunities moving efficiently and deliver a high-quality client experience. It also contributes to process improvements, reporting, and operational tracking that support team effectiveness and commercial growth.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience in sales support, customer service, business operations, or administrative coordination. Strong communication skills, advanced Excel capability, and CRM experience are important, with Salesforce preferred.
