Owning the full-cycle recruitment process, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage staffing for clinical and non-clinical roles, support onboarding, and enhance early employee engagement in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for various clinical and non-clinical positions, ensuring alignment with business goals Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies while delivering a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company's values Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define candidate profiles and assess internal talent mobility for effective staffing Required qualifications Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in clinical roles within healthcare technology or services Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business management, or a related field Strong understanding of healthcare labor markets, credentialing expectations, and state licensure requirements Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies, with a focus on data integrity and compliance Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
