Addison Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking an MSP Technician I to provide onsite and remote support for local business clients. You will troubleshoot, install, configure, and deploy desktops and peripherals, travel to client sites, and guide users through technical issues for a positive experience. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of IT support experience, strong desktop troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills.
