Bilingual Medical Receptionist
Boson Health is looking for a dynamic front office receptionist to provide excellent customer service to our patients. We offer a great work environment and a full benefits package.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Primary responsibility is to answer phones, direct calls and schedule appointments. May also enter patient demographic and financial information into a database. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to prioritize calls based on urgency.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a similar role with ability to function effectively under stressful conditions. Excellent public relations and communication skills. Good knowledge of office support functions including filing, composing a variety of documents, reception, gathering and compiling data, and balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects. Working knowledge or medical terminology and procedures. Experience using database software preferred. Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English. Fluency in speaking, writing and reading Spanish.
