As a Payroll Analyst Senior within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH or Birmingham, AL. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description Manage various and complex clerical duties and bookkeeping tasks. Prepare reports and audits for the payroll section. Review payroll data, production records, and individual attendance records within the HRIS and payroll system and correct errors to ensure the accuracy of payroll. Ensure the balance of payroll runs and compliance with related requirements, including minimum wage, local tax rates, and related federal and state regulations. Calculate monthly payroll for the whole organization or specific business units. Manage employee inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to payroll that require payroll policy interpretation.
