What You'll Do

In this role, you will manage every stage of the sales process and play a key role in growing our client base.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Initiating contact with prospective clients through various virtual communication channels.

• Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand each client's needs and goals.

• Presenting insurance products and solutions clearly and confidently.

• Building strong rapport and trust with prospective clients in a virtual sales environment.

• Managing your sales pipeline, including lead tracking and timely follow-ups.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position that offers significant earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

• Expected annual earnings: $60,000 - $250,000+

• Your income is directly tied to your performance, giving you the opportunity to maximize your earnings as you grow your client base and sales skills.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will possess:

• Previous insurance experience.

• An active Life & Health Insurance License.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• The ability to explain information clearly and confidently over phone, video, and written communication.
