Job Opportunity: Anesthesiologists (General and Cardiac)

This role involves providing coverage in various settings, including hospital operating rooms, the endoscopy unit, the cardiac lab, and the ambulatory surgery center. Opportunity Details:

• Full-time position with an annual commitment of 2100 hours
• Involvement in vascular, orthopedic, spine, general surgery, urology, obstetrics, gynecology, and cardiac cases
• Minimal pediatric cases, primarily at the ASC
• Call Schedule:
  • 1 weekend per month
  • 3 in-house overnight calls every 2 months
  • 4 second calls every 2 months

Requirements:

• New York State licensure and DEA registration are mandatory
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology is required

Recruitment Package:

We offer a comprehensive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Base Compensation: $575,000 for on-call positions
• Additional $25,000 stipend for cardiac anesthesia
• Starting salary reflects total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift pay, or other cash compensation applicable to the role
• CME allowance and additional benefits provided by the medical group
• Sign-on bonus of $125,000
• Retention stipend for the first two years
• Premium Pay and Excess Call Pay options available
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance
• Paid malpractice insurance, including post-employment tail coverage
• CME time with an annual expense allowance of $4,500
• 10 weeks of paid time off
