Machine Operator - Buncher - 2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm

Job Description
- Operates 6-8 buncher machines; meeting production and quality requirements.
- Sets up Buncher machine, performs all multiple tasks relating to the operation of a Buncher machine.
- Maintains machine to include minor maintenance, cleaning and quality checks.
- Splices wires to ensure continuous production.
- Perform secondary check of all setup and reports production through the MRP system
- Maintains records and submits paperwork.
- Operate tow motor to retrieve material for machine.
- Aware of Kalas’ environmental policy and what it means to them.
- Aware of their significant environmental aspects and knows how to mitigate or eliminate the environmental impacts associated with them.
- Temporary work at ECPD may be required according to business needs.
- Additional overtime, including weekend overtime, may be required.
- Meets attendance requirements as stated in associate handbook.
- Performs work safely in accordance with Kalas safety procedures. Operates equipment safely and reports any unsafe work condition or practice to Production Supervisor.
- Perform related work as assigned.
