Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a contract to hire Business Systems Analyst in our Digital department. This department of around 20 analysts and architects work on a variety of mobile and portal applications.

The ideal candidate has the following skillset:

Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
Ability to communicate clearly via phone, video and written documentation Healthcare or health insurance knowledge
Structural knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API)
Ability to map data from API document or testing APIs with Postman to the UI/UX design and highlight missing items for discussion.
Ability to read, analyze and document system user stories from API documentation.
Ability to read, analyze and document UI/UX user stories from business and system requirements, UI/UX designs and meetings with product owners.
Knowledge of MS Teams
Knowledge of Postman
