Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking a contract to hire Business Systems Analyst in our Digital department. This department of around 20 analysts and architects work on a variety of mobile and portal applications.
The ideal candidate has the following skillset:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly via phone, video and written documentation Healthcare or health insurance knowledge
- Structural knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API)
- Ability to map data from API document or testing APIs with Postman to the UI/UX design and highlight missing items for discussion.
- Ability to read, analyze and document system user stories from API documentation.
- Ability to read, analyze and document UI/UX user stories from business and system requirements, UI/UX designs and meetings with product owners.
- Knowledge of MS Teams
- Knowledge of Postman
