Title AI Governance & Risk Management Analyst Location Greater Marlborough Area, MA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) Employment Type Contract Status Accepting Candidates About the Role Join a team responsible for advancing AI Governance , Risk Management , and Responsible AI practices across the organization. In this role, you will assess AI use cases, support governance processes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the AI use case lifecycle , including Intake , Review , Assessment , Socialization , and Closure . Conduct AI Risk Assessments covering Model Risk , Bias , Transparency , Accuracy , and Human Oversight . Maintain inventories of AI Systems , Models , Datasets , and Third‑Party AI Tools with risk classifications and approval status. Develop Governance Artifacts including Risk Profiles , Decision Logs , RACI Matrices , Playbooks , and Assessment Checklists . Produce Dashboards and executive reports while supporting ongoing monitoring and governance activities. Partner with Legal , Privacy , Cybersecurity , IT , and business stakeholders to support Responsible AI practices. Qualifications 5‑8 years of Governance , Risk Management , or related experience. 1‑2 years of AI Governance or AI experience. Knowledge of AI Model Governance Artifacts , Responsible AI Practices , and MLOps . Experience with ServiceNow , SharePoint , Power Automate , Power Apps , Confluence , and Jira . Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and communication skills. Compensation (MA Pay Transparency) Estimated hourly range: $40‑$42/hr (W‑2).
