Visit for more information on our IT consulting services Role Description: This is a full-time role as a Business Development Manager at Trigent Software Inc. The role is located in Southborough, Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closure. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives . Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the IT staffing industry. • Identify potential clients and market segments, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. • Understand client requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives. • Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities and cross-selling services. • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely placement of qualified IT professionals. • Track and report on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and performance against targets . Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the IT Staffing industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record of signing new clients and generating sales and business revenue. In-depth knowledge of the IT staffing market, including current trends and technologies. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, focusing on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of IT consulting services and solutions is a plus Full-time position with a competitive salary range plus uncapped commissions. This position is based out of our office in Boston, MA (local candidates will be preferred) or any of the neighbouring states around Boston, like NH, VT, CT, NY, RI, ME.
