Service Coordinator
Protouch Staffing
Job TitleReview and maintain the service queue and service inbox daily.Handle incoming calls and outbound customer correspondence.Review ticket data against internal platforms to confirm service needs.Build technician schedules and daily assignments based on technical skill levels.Verify technician time on service tickets.Confirm required parts are available for service tickets.Coordinate with inventory personnel to order necessary equipment.Issue and verify parts assigned to service tickets and maintain accurate notes.Coordinate service requests from subcontractors.Track completed service work.Provide backup support to inspection and project coordinators as needed.Assist with stock inventory management.Provide customer quotes when requested.Invoice service and subcontracted service tickets.Follow Midwest Alarm Services attendance expectations and requirements.High School Diploma or GED.Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks on a regular basis.Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.Medical Insurance.Dental Insurance.Paid Vacation.Paid Holidays.401(k)/403(b) Plan.Full-time employment.
