\nAtlas Hartmann is a B2B sales consulting firm specializing in customer acquisition, account development, and market expansion. We partner with established brands to connect their products and services directly with the businesses they are designed to serve.
\nOur team currently represents a global leader in e-commerce and technology, supporting the growth of its business platform for small and mid-sized companies. Through direct B2B sales, our team works with business owners and decision-makers to identify their needs, introduce relevant solutions, acquire new accounts, and build lasting customer relationships.
\nAs we continue to expand throughout South Florida, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Miami–Fort Lauderdale team.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n• Engage directly with business owners and key decision-makers
\n• Develop new B2B accounts within an assigned territory
\n• Conduct one-on-one sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each business’s needs
\n• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through account acquisition
\n• Build and maintain strong relationships with new business customers
\n• Manage territory activity, account follow-up, and daily sales opportunities
\n• Track individual KPIs and use performance data to identify areas for growth
\n• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen sales strategy and territory performance
\n• Represent Atlas Hartmann and our client with professionalism and integrity
\n \nQualifications
\n• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
\n• 0–4 years of experience in sales, serving, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing environment
\n• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
\n• Confidence engaging with business owners, decision-makers, and professionals
\n• Competitive, goal-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
\n• Strong organization and time-management skills
\n• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
\n• Leadership potential and a willingness to learn and develop
\n• Previous B2B or direct sales experience is a plus, but not required
