In this entry-level role, you’ll learn how to build carrier relationships, match freight with the right partners, and support the successful execution of shipments across our network. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where strong communication, urgency, and problem-solving are key to success. What You’ll Do Prospect, qualify, and onboard carriers to grow a reliable network. Build long-term relationships with carrier reps, dispatchers, and drivers. Source and match carriers to customer freight, negotiating rates and terms. Monitor active shipments, resolving issues with urgency and professionalism. Ensure accurate load details, rate confirmations, and tracking updates in the TMS. Track and analyze carrier performance to drive loyalty and efficiency.
