Senior Digital Marketing Associate

Seeking a hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Associate, the full-time position will manage the planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of the firm's digital marketing channels, including email, website content, and social media, while working in a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote days. Key responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and client engagement Lead the strategy and execution of marketing automation programs, including email campaigns and audience segmentation Manage content delivery processes and coordinate social media promotions for new and existing content Required qualifications 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B financial services or regulated industries Strong hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools Experience with web and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics Proficiency in HTML for formatting email and web content Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, or a relevant major preferred
