We're looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about creating and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our clients. The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist will work with a variety of team members and will be the driving force behind marketing initiatives including email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, user experience, content strategy, analytics, and measurement strategy.


The ideal applicant will be passionate, results-oriented, and focused on achieving ROI through digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives in an agency setting
• Audit existing digital marketing campaign performance
• Develop campaign strategies and marketing roadmaps
• Establish actionable goals along with measurement strategies
• Provide creative direction for social media, email marketing, and additional digital channels
• Collaborate on and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage day-to-day communication internally and with clients
• Consult and train on best practices in digital marketing
• Analyze and report on digital marketing performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, agency experience preferred
• Experience managing enterprise-level digital marketing campaigns preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Positive attitude and passion for marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics, certification preferred
• Experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog SEO Spider is a plus

The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$110,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
