EmpowerHome Team is seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Operations Manager to join our growing team in Chantilly, Virginia .

In this leadership role, you'll help oversee people, systems, and daily operations to keep our real estate business running efficiently. You'll work closely with team members to improve processes, maintain accountability, and ensure clients receive exceptional service from their first appointment through closing.

What You'll Do

• Lead, support, and develop team members

• Oversee client experience and service standards

• Improve systems, processes, and daily workflows

• Identify and resolve client and operational issues

• Ensure a seamless client experience from listing appointment through closing

Compensation:

$55,000 yearly

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Project Management: Coordinate property preparation, staging, photography, and showings while managing timelines and vendors.

• Team Leadership: Lead the listing coordination team and ensure accountability, communication, and efficiency.

• Marketing Oversight: Work with the marketing team to ensure listings have high-quality descriptions, visuals, and online promotion.

• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for sellers, providing proactive updates and exceptional service.

• Systems & Compliance: Maintain accurate CRM and MLS records, manage listing documents, and ensure compliance.

• Operational Excellence: Improve processes, identify efficiencies, and maintain EmpowerHome’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate operations, listing coordination, or project management preferred

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and MLS platforms

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about team culture and client experience

• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
