Forklift OperatorWe are actively seeking a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operator with hands-on experience operating Stand-Up Crown forklifts, specifically in a cold storage facility using rolling racks. This role requires a high level of precision, awareness, and accountability—ideal for someone who takes safety seriously and knows how to keep product moving efficiently in a temperature-controlled environment.This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience – we do not offer on-the-job training.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate Crown stand-up reach forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouseLoad and unload pallets onto rolling racks with care and accuracyTransport and stage products in cold storage areas (temperatures may range from 0°F to 40°F)Adhere strictly to company safety policies, including use of PPE and safe driving practicesConduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and report any issuesMaintain accurate inventory movement and proper documentationSupport general warehouse duties as neededQualifications:2+ years of recent experience operating Crown forklifts (reach, stand-up)Familiarity with rolling rack systemsPrevious work history in cold storage or freezer environmentsStrong knowledge of warehouse safety practicesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsProven track record of reliability, good attendance, and professional attitudeThis Role Is A Fit For You If You:Thrive in a fast-paced environmentTake safety seriously and follow protocols to the letterAre looking for long-term stability with room for growthDon't need training – you can hop on a Crown forklift and perform on day one
