Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH)
Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is seeking a Community Resource Specialist II in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role involves providing customer service, maintaining expertise in eligibility and enrollment, and assisting underserved populations with health plan options. The successful candidate will work directly with patients to facilitate appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and navigation of community resources.
