What You’ll Experience As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll work under the direction of the Operations Manager to lead a team focused on safe and compliant operations. You will be a visible presence at work sites, ensuring procedures are followed and providing real‑time feedback to support continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate training, delegate tasks, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. You’ll help build a collaborative environment where safety, reliability, and performance are top priorities.
