Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and functional limitations resulting from injury, illness, surgery, or other conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs, utilizing modern techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatments, responses, and outcomes after each session to ensure the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.
• Modify treatment plans as required to meet changing patient conditions and goals effectively, and communicate these adjustments to both patients and caregivers.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, and the utilization of exercises to support recovery, ensuring they feel empowered and informed.
• Assist patients in the selection and proper use of assistive devices to promote independence in mobility and self-care.
• Maintain a professional network by attending workshops, participating in continuing education, and engaging with professional societies to stay updated on industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our facility, you will work with a varied clientele, including children to elderly patients, each presenting unique challenges and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a strong understanding of clinical reasoning and patient management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective patient and team engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
