Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in litigation matters, providing strategic legal advice and support.

Requirements:
- Active bar license. (OHIO)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate transactional law and litigation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong inclination towards self-driven success and a high degree of professional autonomy.
- Strong expertise in managing a diverse range of corporate legal matters.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
