R.J. O'Neil, Inc. is looking for a motivated Account Manager to help grow and support our commercial HVAC and Plumbing customer base. If you're relationship-driven, organized, and enjoy helping customers solve problems, we want to hear from you.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for your customers—building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities, and working with our service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
• Visit customer sites and identify service, maintenance, and replacement opportunities.
• Coordinate with our service technicians and estimating team to prepare proposals.
• Develop maintenance agreements and long-term service partnerships.
• Respond to customer requests and ensure timely communication.
• Work closely with operations to keep projects and service work moving smoothly.
• Meet sales and account growth goals.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, preventative maintenance agreements, and mechanical service solutions.
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships with facility managers, property managers, municipalities, schools, healthcare facilities, and general contractors.
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide value-driven solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Experience managing multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and growing customer accounts.
