Note:
- Candidate must complete a 30-minute online assessment, verify ID and answer 3 intermediate technical questions
- They also have to have a valid Manager or Lead reference with a verifiable LinkedIn profile
- Old LinkedIn with proper location
Certification Requirement
Salesforce Health Cloud Certification is mandatory.
Certification will be verified during the video interview using the candidate's email through Salesforce's official credential verification process:
Position Overview
Our confidential healthcare client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Program Technical Lead to support a major transformation initiative.
The organization is in the early stages of transitioning from a legacy claims platform to a modern Salesforce Health Cloud solution. A recent go-live identified gaps in requirements, communication, and execution. This role will help bridge the gap between Business, Product, Architecture, and Engineering , improve requirements clarity, and drive successful delivery in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills are critical for this position.
Candidate Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale application development, technology delivery, and engineering teams.
- Proven experience as an Overall Technical Lead, Solution Lead, or Engineering Lead on complex enterprise programs.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud .
- Salesforce Health Cloud Certification is required and will be verified.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud technologies and modern integration patterns.
- Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architecture teams to design scalable and supportable solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices .
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
- Healthcare payer domain experience is preferred.
