Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients through detailed assessments, history reviews, and mobility checks to determine individual rehabilitation needs and craft tailor-made treatment plans.
• Facilitate open discussions with patients and their families, clearly explaining evaluation findings and collaboratively setting achievable goals for recovery.
• Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation outcomes, modifying patient care plans as needed to align with their progress and evolving healthcare guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, effectively communicating changes in patient conditions and coordinating necessary adjustments in treatment strategies.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment protocols, and progress notes accurately and timely within our health information systems, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage patient schedules efficiently and maintain a productive workflow, demonstrating effective time management skills to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services and educate the public on rehabilitation and wellness.
• Actively engage in continuous professional development and education, mentoring junior staff and student interns, and contributing to the growth of the rehabilitation department.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
