Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Changer Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and treating patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery through evidence-based methodologies.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including exercises, stretching, and hands-on therapy, to relieve pain and enhance mobility.
• Tracking and documenting each patient's treatment sessions, progress, and responses to therapy to ensure effective outcome measures.
• Reassessing therapeutic goals and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with each patient's ongoing progress and abilities.
• Providing recommendations for assistive devices that support self-care and mobility, as well as training patients and their families in their use.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, participating in professional networks, and staying current with industry literature.

Qualifications
