Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs, objectives, and functional limitations.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and manual therapy techniques.
• Maintain a patient caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring that each individual receives focused and quality care.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions by monitoring patients' progress and modifying plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families to support ongoing rehabilitation and health management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic pain conditions. The diverse patient population includes individuals of all ages who require tailored rehabilitation to regain functional independence. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• At least 2 years of experience providing physical therapy in outpatient environments, particularly with orthopedic cases.
• A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions or board actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and familiarity with rehabilitation protocols for various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with advanced therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or aquatic therapy.
• Knowledge of updated practices and techniques in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and patient tracking.

Compensation and Benefits
