Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Implement treatment methods that include therapeutic exercises, stretching techniques, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Monitor and document patients' progress through consistent evaluations while updating treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members regarding appropriate physical therapy procedures and the use of assistive devices.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, reviewing literature, and participating in professional networks to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
• Maintain a thorough documentation system of therapies provided and response metrics to ensure compliance and clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children to seniors, addressing various diagnoses, including post-surgical recovery, sports-related injuries, chronic pain conditions, and age-related mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and their families.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and record-keeping methodologies.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
