Tidelands Physical Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Matawan, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is full-time and will be performed onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Matawan, NJ. You will work a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs and set achievable goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient conditions, ensuring alignment with physician recommendations.
• Utilize a variety of rehabilitation techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training to enhance patient recovery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, actively promoting a supportive and positive environment for both patients and their caregivers.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes clearly, adhering to both organizational and regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular consultations with patients and their families to educate them about their conditions and the steps involved in their recovery journey.
• Meet and strive to exceed performance metrics and utilization goals set by management to optimize business outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Tidelands Physical Therapy Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in word processing and competency in health information systems to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, with a demonstrated ability to handle a diverse patient caseload.
• Experience with evidence-based practices and a passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual compensation between $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
