Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Freehold, NJ rehabilitation center, where you will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Our facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies fostering an environment of collaboration among Physical Therapists, physicians, occupational therapists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat an average of three adult patients per hour, focusing primarily on those aged 40-65 who present with various orthopedic conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to effectively facilitate recovery and optimize function.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to create integrated care plans that address both physical and functional challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ensuring compliance with all regulatory and insurance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our patient population is adults, particularly those aged 40-65, who are dealing with injuries and conditions associated with mobility, strength, and physical capabilities. You will engage with a diverse range of cases, including post-surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and preventive care, allowing for a rich and varied clinical experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient facility is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with a variety of orthopedic conditions and treatment methodologies.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly CureMD, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
