Triumph and Wellness Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Freehold, New Jersey. Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is designed to offer a comfortable and motivating environment for both patients and staff. Located in Freehold, NJ, we employ modern equipment and technology to create a supportive atmosphere conducive to healing. The facility operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured workweek that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and comprehensive care that aligns with each patient's unique rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that consider patients' medical histories and physical limitations.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to enhance overall function and pain management.
• Utilize EMR software, particularly Web PT, for meticulous documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring cohesive care that addresses all aspects of a patient's health.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on the patient's response to therapy.
• Educate patients and families on wellness practices, including injury prevention, post-rehabilitation exercise, and proactive health strategies.
• Actively contribute to team meetings to improve service delivery and address patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Our clientele ranges from athletes and active adults to post-operative patients and older adults needing support in regaining their independence and functionality.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and educate patients.
• Knowledgeable in utilizing EMR systems, specifically Web PT, for documentation and reporting.
• Committed to continuous learning in modern physical therapy methods that enhance patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an outpatient clinic focusing on orthopedic care.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully implement individualized exercise programs that prioritize patient engagement and recovery.
• Experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

Triumph and Wellness Physical Therapy offers a competitive yearly salary of USD 100,000 to 120,000 based on experience.
