Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite in home care settings in Jackson, New Jersey. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will visit patients in their homes, providing a personalized approach to therapy. You will have the opportunity to work independently while being closely supported by a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for every individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine current functional limitations and set achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and medical histories of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapy modalities, such as manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct patient and family education sessions on injury prevention strategies, appropriate home exercises, and self-management techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in case management meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress.

Your primary focus will include a diverse patient population needing orthopedic rehabilitation services, from postoperative recovery following joint replacements to treatment for sports injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 110,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience.
