By primarily catering to patients with private medical insurance, we maintain a focus on individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient satisfaction and effectiveness.

Work Environment

This onsite role will immerse you in a dynamic and supportive team environment, working alongside two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant. Our facility emphasizes collaboration and open communication, fostering a culture of professional development and continuous improvement. The clinic operates during weekdays, with a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, thereby allowing a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' healthcare needs, creating personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and functional capabilities.
• Manage a patient load of one patient per hour, providing efficient and effective care tailored to individual requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality therapeutic services, ensuring that treatments positively impact patient outcomes.
• Employ diverse treatment modalities, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to address specific patient goals and challenges.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize their treatment results, all while maintaining clear and consistent communication with patients about their care.
• Document all services and interventions provided in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Encourage patients in their rehabilitation journey through motivation and education to adopt healthier lifestyles, focusing on physical fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our practice is on individuals seeking recovery from orthopedic injuries or conditions. Our patient population includes adults of all ages, many of whom have been referred for outpatient rehabilitation from various healthcare providers. Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Proven certification as a licensed Physical Therapist, with a clean professional record free from board actions or disciplinary issues.
• Experience applying manual therapy techniques and developing comprehensive exercise regimens is essential.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, will greatly facilitate your workflow.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work experience in an orthopedic outpatient environment, showcasing an understanding of diverse treatment techniques relevant to this specialty.
• Track record of delivering cost-effective physical therapy solutions that minimize reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Skill in customizing fitness and wellness plans based on detailed patient assessments.

Compensation and Benefits
