Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals, based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Engage in clear communication and collaboration with patients' physicians and caregivers to ensure continuity in care and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Document daily progress, treatments administered, and outcomes in EMR accurately and efficiently, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Utilize independent judgment and clinical expertise to implement reliable and effective treatment combinations, adjusting plans based on patient progress.
• Critically evaluate patients' advancements, documenting changes and suggesting modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure that all practices comply with state and federal regulations concerning physical therapy protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The position primarily focuses on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or seeking rehabilitation from injuries. You will work with a diverse range of individuals, including elderly patients needing mobility assistance and younger individuals committed to improving their physical capabilities. Your role is pivotal in helping these patients regain their strength and reach their rehabilitation milestones.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Proficiency in orthopedic assessment and treatment techniques.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
