This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually.

Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will primarily work in a home care setting, providing personalized therapy services directly to patients in their residences across Toms River, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functionality to determine appropriate interventions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with the physician's recommendations and the patients' unique needs, focusing on recovery goals.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and outcomes.
• Frequently communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to provide coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for injury prevention, exercises for home use, and strategies for self-management post-therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including the elderly, post-surgical individuals, and those with chronic pain or orthopedic injuries. Understanding the specific goals and concerns of each patient will be crucial in providing effective, personalized care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution required.
• Valid state licensure/certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
