Work Environment

This role is based in a home care setting, allowing you to provide therapy directly within the comfort of our patients' residences in Manchester Township and surrounding areas. By working onsite, you will have the opportunity to build strong rapport with your patients, understanding their home environment and tailoring your interventions to their specific lifestyle and physical needs. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, focusing on musculoskeletal health, to design effective intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that address individual conditions, including orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation needs.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting therapy strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes and foster continuous improvement.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises, ensuring they understand proper techniques and self-care practices to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic methodologies.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, particularly experience working with musculoskeletal injuries, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
