This is a full-time, onsite position focused on delivering exceptional orthopedic rehabilitation services in a home care setting. Work Environment

This role is primarily home-based, meaning you will interact directly with patients in their residences, allowing for personalized care in a familiar environment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balance between commitment and personal time. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional orthopedic physical therapy services to patients, focusing on assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical histories and recovery goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative rehabilitation techniques to optimize patient outcomes and enhance their recovery experiences.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care and coordinate efforts across disciplines.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-care strategies, empowering them to take charge of their recovery.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Engage in ongoing training and education to ensure current best practices are integrated into treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries related to sports, and chronic orthopedic conditions. Your role will be crucial in helping patients of all ages reclaim their mobility, independence, and quality of life. Tailoring your approach to meet the unique circumstances and needs of each patient will enhance their recovery experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is essential to practice.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for candidates specializing in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trustworthy relationships with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or advanced training in orthopedic physical therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
