Work Environment

Our exceptional 5000 square foot facility is equipped with the latest sports medicine technologies designed to foster effective rehabilitation and enhance patient outcomes. The work setting is onsite, allowing you to collaborate closely with colleagues and provide hands-on care to patients. You will be joining a team consisting of two other physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), ensuring a supportive atmosphere that promotes teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's needs and establish specific goals for treatment.
• Maintain a structured patient load of one session per hour, allowing for in-depth and personalized interventions.
• Utilize your expertise to develop comprehensive treatment plans founded on evidence-based practices and state-of-the-art therapeutic techniques.
• Administer cost-effective therapeutic solutions that enhance patients' mobility and promote recovery while minimizing reliance on medication and invasive procedures.
• Custom-design fitness and wellness programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual patient, enhancing their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment process, fostering resilience and promoting a positive outlook on their journey to recovery.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient services, treatment efficacy, and progress in alignment with compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and specialists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Regularly evaluate patient outcomes and monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, highlighting your commitment to advanced practice in physical therapy.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, with no recorded disciplinary actions.

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software such as WebPT is preferred, ensuring streamlined communication and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
