Work Environment

Located in the scenic community of Howell, our onsite rehabilitation facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to enhance the therapeutic experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities using advanced assessment tools and techniques to develop tailored treatment plans reflective of their orthopedic needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions designed to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall quality of life; examples include joint mobilizations, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapy techniques.
• Foster collaboration with an interdisciplinary team consisting of physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create a unified treatment approach that delivers optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, customized home exercise programs, and proactive injury prevention strategies to promote long-term wellness.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and compliance with all regulatory standards, aiding in the continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Possess a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid and active New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably within outpatient or orthopedic settings.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification for healthcare professionals.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with patients and staff.

Preferred Experience

We value candidates who have prior experience with outpatient orthopedic clientele and are familiar with using therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic taping techniques. Additionally, experience in providing sports rehabilitation is a plus, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of varied patient backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, along with incentives for exceptional performance.
