Work Environment

Our Keyport facility is designed to facilitate effective treatment and recovery, equipped with advanced rehabilitation equipment to support various therapy interventions. You will work closely within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. The role requires on-site practice, allowing for real-time analysis of patient progress and treatment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet individual healthcare needs.
• Ensure efficient and focused treatment sessions, managing a caseload of one patient per hour, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Deliver cost-effective and innovative treatment options that enhance patients' physical capabilities, including strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Maintain open communication with patients and their families regarding ongoing treatment progress, adjusting plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Document all patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to optimize care strategies and improve overall patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients across various demographics, including post-operative orthopedic patients seeking rehabilitation, elderly clients requiring mobility support, and active individuals looking for injury prevention solutions. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
