Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient facility located in Matawan, NJ, where you will work directly with patients in a hands-on environment. You will have the opportunity to customize your work schedule within the framework of a Monday to Friday workweek, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques including therapeutic exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and promote recovery.
• Regularly document patient progress, treatment responses, and adapt therapeutic interventions as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding home exercises, assistive devices, and self-care strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, maintaining certifications, and participating in relevant training programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care for patients and optimize overall treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse client base, including children, adults, and elderly patients facing a wide range of physical challenges due to injuries, surgeries, chronic conditions, or other health-related issues. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
