Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Rehabilitation Facility located in Matawan, NJ, where we provide a structured and supportive setting for both staff and patients. Team collaboration is emphasized, as our therapists frequently communicate with each other and other health professionals to develop and implement integrated treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine each patient's unique needs and establish individualized treatment plans targeting specific therapeutic goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modern mobility aids—to alleviate pain and improve functional mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and responses to therapy.
• Equip patients with assistive devices when required, providing detailed instructions on their use and benefits to enhance self-care and mobility.
• Offer education and support to patients, caregivers, and family members about rehabilitation procedures and how to facilitate recovery at home.
• Stay current with industry developments by attending professional workshops, and actively participating in relevant professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric and geriatric clients facing various rehabilitative challenges such as post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Required: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid DPT license in the state of New Jersey.

• Proficient computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage various patient needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
