Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices, to address patient needs.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on their responses and outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge on self-care and rehabilitation techniques.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, sharing insights and contributing to case discussions to optimize patient care.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and networking to ensure the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse range of patients, including children and adults facing various orthopedic diagnoses. You will encounter individuals recovering from surgeries, accidents, sports injuries, and chronic pain ailments. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes:
