Work Environment

As a member of our onsite team, you will work Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM in an outpatient office setting that prioritizes patient engagement and special attention to individual care trajectories. Our facility is designed to enhance patient experience, featuring therapy rooms equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, in a highly supportive atmosphere that encourages best practices in physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients, coordinating closely with physicians and the patient care team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments on new patients to determine their functional status and develop individualized care plans that align with their goals.
• Implement and monitor treatment interventions according to your patients' needs, ensuring adherence to the legal and ethical standards of the profession.
• Provide skilled therapy interventions while educating patients and their families on necessary exercises, therapeutic tools, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans in response to changes in patients' conditions.
• Prioritize your caseload efficiently and facilitate the daily operations of the therapy office, including coordinating staff assignments and patient appointments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including both adults and children recovering from various orthopedic injuries and surgeries. This role is crucial in guiding patients through physical challenges and promoting functional independence. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license is required in the state of New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required or must be completed within 30 days of employment start date.
• No prior experience is necessary; we welcome both new graduates and seasoned professionals to apply.
