Position Overview

Core Balance Physical Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Old Bridge, New Jersey. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in aiding patients on their journey to regain mobility and enhance their overall quality of life. Core Balance Physical Therapy Clinic is committed to excellence in patient care. Our facility spans 5000 square feet and is equipped with state-of-the-art sports medicine technology, allowing us to offer comprehensive treatment programs. Our team consists of two licensed physical therapists and a Physical Therapy Assistant who work collaboratively to deliver personalized care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office, which fosters a supportive and dynamic environment. You will work alongside a committed team of professionals, sharing knowledge and strategies to optimize patient outcomes. The clinic operates a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life commitment that values both our staff and the patients we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess individual patient needs and tailor treatment plans to meet specific mobility and wellness goals.
• Maintain a patient load of one-on-one therapy sessions per hour to ensure personalized attention and care.
• Utilize a diverse array of treatment techniques and methodologies to promote recovery.
• Develop and implement individualized fitness and wellness programs that reflect patients' unique challenges and objectives.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and health management strategies, emphasizing the importance of adopting a healthier lifestyle.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adapting interventions based on treatment responses.
• Document all services provided in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring clear communication among healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance integrated patient care, including consultations and referrals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base primarily consists of individuals with private medical insurance. You will interact with a diverse group of patients, predominantly those recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries, as well as those seeking preventive care and rehabilitation services. Your role is pivotal in enhancing their physical capabilities and motivating them throughout their rehabilitative journey.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid physical therapy license in New Jersey, with no board actions or disciplinary actions against it.
• Strong manual therapy skills, providing patients with effective and comfortable intervention experiences.
• Proficiency in designing and executing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, such as WebPT, ensuring efficient documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, equipping you to bring insight and expertise to our practice.
• A track record of successfully managing a busy patient schedule while maintaining high-quality care standards.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
