Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care in the Cath Lab setting. This role includes working with advanced cardiac procedures and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing various cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and take necessary actions based on findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort in the Cath Lab environment.
• Ensure compliance with established protocols and standards of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current South Carolina RN license or compact state license.
• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab nursing experience, including scrub experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency.
• Call required: 1-2 nights per week and one weekend in a six-week period.
