Senior Customer Engagement & Advocacy Marketing Lead

PointClickCare is seeking a program leader to evolve our customer engagement marketing strategy across digital experiences, communities, and nurture programs. You will influence stakeholders, align with product and sales, and leverage customer insights to drive advocacy and adoption.
In this remote role spanning the US and Canada, you will collaborate with Brand, Enablement, and Demand teams to deliver strategic campaigns and measurable outcomes that accelerate customer value.
